The advantages of using a hot press machine with electric heating and mold temperature machine for melamine veneer hot press machine heating
What are the advantages of using a hot press machine to heat the melamine veneer hot press? This needs to start with the production process of melamine board. A decorative board made by laying colored or textured paper soaked in melamine resin adhesive onto the surface of particleboard, medium density fiberboard, or hardboard, and then heating it with a hot press machine and a mold temperature machine.
Low hot pressing temperature or short hot pressing time can lead to incomplete resin curing, resulting in poor physical and chemical properties on the surface of the decorative panel. Excessive hot pressing temperature, uneven surface temperature of the template, long storage period of adhesive film paper, and high pre solidification degree of adhesive film paper result in poor resin flow. The hot press electric heating mold temperature machine adopts PID regulation to stabilize the temperature within ± 1 ℃. Compared to other heating methods, its temperature is more uniform.
Hot press electric heating mold temperature machine
The melamine veneer hot press machine is used for heating and pressurization, with a general heating temperature of 135-150 ℃. In order to obtain good surface gloss, a cold hot cold hot pressing process can be used. That is, when the slab enters the press, the temperature of the hot plate is below 50 ℃ to prevent local solidification of the resin. Then, the temperature is raised and pressurized. Before unloading, the hot pressing temperature must be lowered to 50 ℃ before the pressure can be reduced. The hot plate is opened and the pressure is about 6-8 MPa. After being pressed into a board, the edges are cut on a longitudinal and transverse cutting machine, and then sandblasted on the back of the decorative board to produce melamine resin decorative board.
